Meet Elizabeth

Hi, I’m Elizabeth! I began this blog as a way to share recipes and healthy lifestyle tips with friends and anyone else who is as eager as I am to continuously learn and grow in my path to staying healthy. I’m constantly reading about and researching how to make my family’s diet as healthy as possible. I love to cook and bake and I love to experiment with new recipes, and when I find a really good one I like to share it with everyone! I’m wife to Brandon and mommy to two precious little girls. I’m also a certified spin instructor and I dabble in yoga. I love doing yoga at home and am very seriously considering going for my RYT 200 certification.
